Business Development Representative (BDR) Enterprise New Business (US Market) Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy SDR/BDR to drive enterprise pipeline generation across the US market. This is a pure hunting role focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and creating qualified opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate comes from a MarTech, AdTech, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing Agency, Media, SaaS, or AI solutions background and understands how enterprise marketing teams evaluate growth, engagement, personalization, and customer acquisition solutions. You will work closely with enterprise sales leadership to open conversations with Marketing Heads, Growth Leaders, Digital Leaders, CRM Leaders, and CXOs across North America. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic account-based outreach. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities in the US market. Identify and engage decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Growth Heads, Digital Leaders, CRM Heads, and CXO stakeholders. Research target accounts, business priorities, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies to create personalized outreach. Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team. Position AI-powered marketing, personalization, customer engagement, and performance-driven solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activities, and pipeline metrics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategies. Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets. Preferred Background 15 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales roles. Experience selling into the US or North American market. Candidates from the following industries will be highly preferred: Performance Marketing Agencies Digital Marketing Agencies Media Agencies MarTech Companies AdTech Companies SaaS Platforms Customer Engagement Platforms AI-led Marketing Solutions Experience engaging enterprise marketing, digital, growth, CRM, or customer experience teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly execution-focused. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. AI & Solution Orientation Understanding of AI, personalization, automation, customer engagement, or marketing technology platforms. Ability to communicate business value, ROI, customer impact, and growth outcomes. Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI, MarTech, and AdTech trends. What We're Looking For Solid hunter mindset with complete ownership of top-of-funnel activities. Consistent outbound activity and pipeline creation discipline. Entrepreneurial attitude with urgency and accountability. Experience in agency-led or enterprise marketing conversations is a plus.
