Optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and lead quality. Work closely with CRM team to track conversion funnel. Monitor analytics and generate performance reports. Branding & Communication Develop project brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and creatives. Manage agency partners (creative, media, PR). Draft press releases and manage media communications. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Sales & Channel Partner Support Provide marketing collateral to sales team. Plan site events, property expos, and channel partner meets. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution. Vendor & Budget Management Negotiate with vendors and agencies. Track marketing spends and optimize ROI. Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA (Marketing) preferred. Experience 510 years of experience in marketing. Minimum 3 years in real estate marketing preferred. Experience in handling project launches is an advantage. Required Skills Strong digital marketing expertise. Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Data-driven decision-making ability. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. .
