Job Summary: The Onsite Sales Marketing Executive (OSME) will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct package sales, developing strategic partnerships, and executing marketing and promotional activities for MAITYS Elder Care services. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients while strengthening the brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elder care and home healthcare segment Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and referral partners Develop strategic tie-ups with corporates, societies, and institutions Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion 2. Direct Package Sales: Promote and sell elder care service packages directly to prospective customers Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 3. Marketing Activities: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions Participate in community outreach programs and awareness drives Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies accordingly 4. Promotional Activities: Organize health camps, seminars, and promotional events Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and networking forums Enhance brand visibility through on-ground promotional initiatives 5. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong follow-up with leads and existing clients Ensure high customer satisfaction and service experience Handle client queries and coordinate with operations for service delivery Encourage referrals and repeat business 6.
