Position Red Hat Ansible Engineer Experience: 4 - 5 Years Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Red Hat Ansible Architect with 45 years of experience in automation, configuration management, and infrastructure orchestration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Ansible-based automation solutions across Linux and hybrid IT environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Red Hat technologies, automation frameworks, scripting, and infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. - Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and workflows. - Automate server provisioning, patching, configuration management, and application deployments. - Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools. - Manage Linux environments, primarily Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). - Perform troubleshooting and optimization of automation workflows. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams for automation requirements. - Develop reusable automation standards and best practices. - Support infrastructure compliance and security hardening activities. - Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams. - Provide KT sessions and guidance to operations teams.
