About the role Job Summary The Tendering Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer-specific pricing. Ensuring a complete and successful order handover to project team Regular maintenance of our sales systems and the data contained therein Join our Energy team within Flow Equipment division in India as Tendering Engineer / Executive (TE) to help us take us to the next level. Your Tasks : On time Submission of tenders Techno commercially optimum and competitive offers preparation. On time submission and closure of technical clarifications, technical bid clarification meeting as required Clear handover of the project to the project team after order, attending ORM1 meeting Close project open points if any and attend customer KOM if required Analyse RFQs, tender and bid documents for centrifugal pumps (API 610, ISO, ANSI, API 610 / ISO 5199 / ISO 2858 / client specs) horizontal/vertical, multistage, etc.) Basic Knowledge for Bought out items like, Mechanical Seal & Seal Plan, Motors, Lube Oil System Provide pre-bid clarifications to customer. Co-ordinate with Procurement for bought out items, factory for delivery timelines & Sales for commercial terms and margins. Co-ordinate with the Engineering team to modify the hydraulic as per the customer requirements. Support sales teams during Negotiations & Pre- Bid technical Justifications Basic knowledge of commercials terms. undefined Qualification, Experience and Knowledge requirement BE Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.10-15 years of experience in Tendering.
