Finance, Accounts and Tax Officer

Fusheng Compressor Indonesia is part of large multinational Company Fusheng Group (est.1953), that manufactures a vast range of Industrial Compressed Air Equipment, Engineered (API) and Air Separation Markets. Fusheng Indonesia as the sales distribution company delivers all industrial needs for Compressed Air solution concentrating in Indonesia territory. Our establishment in Indonesia has proved to become a growing and solid organization and therefore we have an excellent opportunity to fill our vacant position of Finance, Accounts and Tax Officer. Job Roles and Responsibilities Include: Report to Finance Manager and assist in support administrative matter within the Company Preparation of monthly Tax Reporting to governmental agency together with Tax Consultant Manage Accounts Receivable collection with Sales divisions to minimize outstanding ratio Checking monthly expenses claims to ensure compliance with procedures Preparations of data compilation for audit purposes Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements for the Position: · Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance · At least have 5 years relevant working experience in the same field · Experience with Accounting ERP system such as Oracle or SAP and Coretax system · Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Excel,Words and Power Point · Good team work as well as able to work independently · Able to handle deadline and willing to work overtime to achieve the target
