MANAGER ACCOUNTING

About the role PT. Surya Andalas Abadi is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the company's accounting division. The role involves managing financial record-keeping, preparing accurate financial reports, and overseeing compliance with tax regulations and Financial Accounting Standards. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account adjustments, to ensure financial data accuracy. Prepare and audit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and applicable Indonesian regulations. Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and professional development to team members. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and effectively manage the company's tax obligations. Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and robust internal control systems. Conduct strategic planning and budgeting to support the company's long-term business goals. Provide financial reports and analysis to management to support strategic decision-making. Identify and resolve accounting issues—including discrepancies and non-compliance—promptly and professionally. Qualitification Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), or other recognized professional accounting certifications. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager. In-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Proficiency in using integrated accounting systems and modern financial software. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial work. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders. Expertise in preparing clear and comprehensive financial reports and presentations. Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the accounting team.
