SUPERVISOR ACCOUNTING

About the role PT. Surya Andalas Abadi is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily financial activities, review financial reports, lead the accounting staff team, and ensure that all financial records are accurate, compliant with regulations, and completed on time. Key responsibilities Oversee and manage daily accounting processes, including billing, payments, and bank reconciliations. Prepare periodic financial reports and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for business process improvements. Assist in budget preparation and monitor the company's financial performance. Coordinate reports regarding bank movements and balances, as well as the company's expenditure and income plans. Audit Petty Cash for both Head Office and the factory. Review journal entries and bank reconciliations. Input journal entries into the accounting system and verify daily transactions. Periodically monitor AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), and Inventory. Perform other administrative tasks. Qualitification Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Accounting Supervisor. Understanding of applicable accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficient in using Asop accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong leadership and team management skills. Ready to join ASAP. Ready to work in Bekasi. About us PT.
