HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large organisation for an initial six-month contract. This opportunity has arisen through an internal secondment and will suit a seasoned HR BP who can quickly take ownership of a varied portfolio and build credibility with senior leaders. This is a true Business Partner role, combining day-to-day people support with strategic and project-based work. You will partner with leaders, helping to build capability, develop their teams and deliver their people plans. What you will be doing: Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and support aligned to business objectives Develop and deliver people plans focused on workforce priorities, organisational growth, and performance Coach leaders across employee relations, performance management, remuneration, and people leadership matters Drive talent development, succession planning, leadership capability, and career growth initiatives Lead or support organisational change, workforce planning, team design, and key people projects Leverage people data and insights to inform decision-making while continuously improving HR systems and processes What we are looking for: You’ll be an experienced HR Business Partner who is comfortable operating both strategically and practically.
