Roles & Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee full-set accounting, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and internal accounting standards. Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined accounting workflows to adapt to our dynamic, fast-paced business operations. Financial Analysis: Prepare variance analysis, cash flow projections, and comprehensive management reports to support strategic business decisions. Leadership Track: Take full ownership of complex financial projects and aggressively drive results as part of your development toward a management-level position. Requirements Experience: 3–5+ years of solid, hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting. Candidate Profile: Highly driven, proactive, and "aggressive" in achieving goals. Must possess full commitment and a strong desire to be groomed for a leadership role. Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment.
