REN aims to provide a luxurious nurturing haven for all, from Business Travelers to Holiday Makers, Athletes and Families. Job Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans (3-5 years). Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, ROI, and strategic initiatives (e.g., new product launches, market expansion). Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budget/forecast; prepare variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary for senior leadership review. Act as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, etc. departments. Collaborate with department heads to build bottom-up budgets and track performance against KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, Unit Economics). Support pricing analysis, cost optimization projects, and headcount planning. Enhance and automate FP&A reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards). Drive the continuous improvement of financial systems (ERP, EPM – such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Hyperion). Assist in monthly cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA/CFA preferred. Minimum 7 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Management Accounting. At least 3 years of management experience (leading direct reports or cross-functional projects). Experience in Hospitality, Medical, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG is an added advantage. Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario/financial modeling). Strong proficiency in ERP systems. Experience with SQL or data querying is a plus. High integrity & attention to detail – zero-defect mindset on critical deliverables. Ability to thrive under pressure of tight deadlines in monthly reporting/forecast cycles.
