Senior Executive, Finance

Job Descriptions - Timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results and to prepare annual report, annual financial statements and quarterly report in compliance with relevant accounting standards, listing and other regulatory requirements. -Prepare general ledger journals, monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis. -Prepares reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts. -Support internal and external audits, government regulatory reporting and secretarial related matters. -Maintain and capitalize fixed assets and process asset movements, complete fixed assets postings, depreciation, reporting and analysis. -Constant review inventory variances and highlights to Finance Manager for item exceeding tolerance level/ exceptional items. -Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other external parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters. -Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager. -及时报告月度、季度和年度财务结果，并根据相关会计准则、上市和其他监管要求编制年度报告、年度财务报表和季度报告。 -编制总账日记账、月度账户对账和差异分析。 -通过研究差异、编制预算和制定预测来准备报告。 -支持内部和外部审计、政府监管报告和秘书相关事宜。 -维护和资本化固定资产，处理资产变动，完成固定资产过账、折旧、报告和分析。 -持续审查库存差异，并向财务经理重点关注超出容差水平的项目/异常项目。 -就融资和其他会计相关事宜与金融机构、审计师、律师、税务代理和其他外部机构（包括监管机构）联络。 -完成财务经理分配的临时任务和项目。 Job Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent. -Prefer candidates who can speak Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.) -Must have a strong Account (GL) systems background and have excellent analytical skills. -At least 3 years hands on experience in Account (GL). -Preferred from manufacturing background. -Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail. -Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines. -Able to work independently and in team with minimum supervision. -Experience in SQL System is an advantage. -Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Table & V-lookup etc. -应聘者必须至少拥有学士学位、研究生文凭、专业学位、或拥有资深经验。 -财务/会计或同等学历。 -必须具备深厚的会计 (GL) 系统背景和出色的分析能力。 -至少 3 年会计 (GL) 实践经验。 -制造业背景优先。 -出色的分析能力，注重细节。 -乐于学习，并能按时完成任务。 -能够在最低限度的监督下独立工作或团队合作。 -具有 SQL 系统经验者优先。 -必备技能：Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、数据透视表和 V-lookup 等。
