Assistant Finance Manager

About the role We're looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. Key responsibilities Oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting. Supervise the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL. Manage internal controls and coordinate external audit activities. Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, working capital, and treasury activities. Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management. Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes. Support ERP systems and digital reporting improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Work closely with other departments and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. About you Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and operations. At least 1–2 years of supervisory or senior executive experience. ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or AutoCount. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and e-invoicing requirements. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, resilience, and emotional intelligence. A proactive leader who is open to change and passionate about developing people.
