Finance Executive (Finance SOP & Outlet Operations) Northern Area – Penang | Butterworth | Ipoh 🌟 Join Us & Grow Your Finance Career! Are you a Finance/Accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people? We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our outlet finance operations, strengthen SOP compliance and improve finance processes across our Northern Area outlets. 💼 What You'll Do Support outlet teams on daily finance & accounting operations . Review sales, collections, expenses, petty cash and finance submissions for accuracy. Perform reconciliation, data checking and financial reporting . Support outlet teams on finance systems, SOPs and internal controls . Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements . Prepare and analyse reports using Excel & Power BI . Conduct simple finance system/SOP training and coaching for outlet staff. Work closely with Finance & Operations teams on finance projects and system improvements. 🔎 What We're Looking For Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field . Experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Audit or related roles . Good understanding of accounting and finance processes . Proficient in Excel ; Power BI is an added advantage. Analytical, detail-oriented, and good with numbers. Good communication skills and able to work with outlet teams. Willing to travel within Penang, Butterworth & Ipoh. 🚀 Why Join Us?
