Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong hands-on manufacturing costing experience . The role will lead manufacturing costing and financial analysis while supervising the AR and Credit Control team. Strong manufacturing costing experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Costing & Manufacturing Assist the Finance Manager in coordinating period-end closing activities including journal review, costing settlement and etc. Update standard cost on quarterly basis and coordinate the activity with related departments. Prepare, review and analyze monthly manufacturing reports including margin, overheads and production variance. Prepare P&L simulation for new product development (NPD) as and when required. Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting, including relevant manufacturing costing activities. Provide costing and financial information to support management analysis and business performance. Other Finance Responsibilities Manage accounting functions of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, including monitoring the team and overall performance. Prepare, review and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) by channel. Assist the Finance Manager in providing information for Transfer Pricing Documentation. Work with external and internal audit teams and manage relevant requests/queries related to the audit. Involved in ensuring strong internal controls and overseeing improvements within the team. To undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time. Job Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Bachelor's Degree and/or professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting Preferable candidate with FMCG or manufacturing background In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage Analytical thinking with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
