About the Role: As a CMM Sales Engineer , you will be the technical face of Filterfine Thailand, introducing world-class German CMM and metrology technology to key manufacturing accounts. This is not a standard transactional sales job; you will act as a consultative technical advisor to QA/QC managers and factory heads. You will identify their precision bottlenecks, demonstrate advanced 3D measurement capabilities, and deliver tailored engineering solutions that directly improve their production quality. Key responsibilities Authorized distributors for Germany branded CMM machine Drive B2B Sales: Promote and sell high-precision CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and optical metrology solutions to manufacturing industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Plastics). Conduct technical demonstrations and present metrology solutions to Quality Assurance (QA/QC) managers and factory heads. Manage accounts and build relationships across key industrial zones (e.g., Amata City, Eastern Seaboard). Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and cost analyses for potential clients Provide expert technical support during the sales process, addressing customer queries and concerns Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers Support the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team Attractive Benefits & Welfare Competitive Base Salary: ฿28,000 – ฿42,000 per month Uncapped Variable Income: Performance-based sales commission Fixed Car Maintenance Allowance Full Petrol Allowance (Fleet Card) Professional Growth: Specialized technical and sales training provided directly by foreign authority brands. What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (experience with CMM, CNC, or QA testing equipment is highly preferred). Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering drawings (GD&T). Valid driving license and own vehicle (travel to industrial parks is required). Good command of English (for technical training and principal communication).
