Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan and Work Instructions Create PM plans and standard work instructions for all machines Ensure PM activities are systematic, practical, and aligned with actual machine conditions Prepare Spare Part Master List Identify and list missing or unavailable spare parts Support the creation of a basic spare part inventory in the system Study and Analyze Technician Workload Study current technician workload and task distribution Propose ways to optimize and utilize manpower more efficiently Improve productivity by balancing workload based on priority and skill level Bachelor’s degree - Mechanical engineering - Electrical engineering Ready to drive with Continental?
