Role : Learning & Development Specialist (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout : $40 - $75/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Training & Development Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions. • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments. • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. • Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences is required. • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is required. • Strong facilitation and presentation skills are required. • Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact is required. • Experience with instructional design principles is preferred.
