O que você vai fazer (Principais Responsabilidades): - Visão Estratégica e Governança: Implementar a estrutura de governança da área, apoiando o desdobramento da estratégia da Diretoria de Vendas Brasil e o monitoramento contínuo por meio de OKRs e árvores de KPIs alinhadas às metas da alta gestão. - Conexão com o Negócio: Traduzir diretrizes estratégicas em direcionamentos claros e adequados para a Força de Vendas, garantindo fluidez da construção à execução nos eventos de negócios. - Articulação e Liderança por Influência: Atuar como ponte multifuncional entre diversas áreas, gerenciando backlogs, construindo roadmaps e garantindo a cadência dos projetos transversais. - Gestão de Experiência e Jornada (CX): Mapear e eliminar fricções na jornada da Força de Vendas, levantando hipóteses, aplicando testes e buscando diferenciação competitiva no campo. - Cultura, Agilidade e Inovação: Disseminar práticas de Growth Hacking e metodologias ágeis no time, além de trazer tendências de mercado e novas tecnologias (como Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao CX) para a operação diária. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.

They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
