Tasks We are looking for a Senior React.js Frontend Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. In this role, you will architect and develop intuitive user interfaces, build reusable frontend components, and contribute to AI-powered and agent-based applications. You will work on modern frontend architectures powering intelligent applications, including AI integrations, LLM-driven workflows, real-time interfaces, streaming experiences, and conversational AI products. This role requires strong ownership, system design thinking, and a passion for building responsive, secure, and production-grade user experiences. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and AI teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative software aligned with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js. Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend architecture principles. Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces across desktop and mobile devices. State Management & Application Architecture Implement scalable state management using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar libraries. Structure frontend applications for maintainability, scalability, and performance. Optimize component rendering, code splitting, lazy loading, and bundle size. API Integration Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with frontend applications. Handle asynchronous data fetching, caching, optimistic updates, and error handling. Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend services. AI & Real-Time Interfaces Build interfaces for AI-powered applications, conversational experiences, and agent-based workflows. Develop real-time dashboards, chat interfaces, streaming UI components, and intelligent user experiences. Integrate LLM-powered features and AI APIs into frontend applications. Performance & Security Optimize application performance using modern React best practices. Implement secure frontend development practices, including authentication flows, secure token handling, and protection against common web vulnerabilities. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards. Testing & Debugging Write unit, integration, and component tests. Debug production issues and optimize application performance. Monitor frontend performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Collaboration & Documentation Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality user experiences. Work closely with backend engineers, QA teams, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle. Document reusable components, frontend architecture, and development practices. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development using React.js. Experience building large-scale, production-ready web applications. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, asynchronous programming, modules, closures, promises, async/await, and modern language features. Experience writing maintainable and type-safe frontend applications. Expertise in React.js Strong understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Component Lifecycle, Context API, and modern React architecture. Experience building reusable component libraries and scalable frontend applications. State Management Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar state management solutions. Understanding of application state architecture and performance optimization. API Integration Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Knowledge of data fetching libraries such as React Query, TanStack Query, SWR, or Apollo Client. Frontend Performance Optimization Experience with lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, virtualization, caching, and rendering optimization. Ability to identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks. Authentication & Security Experience implementing authentication flows using OAuth, JWT, SSO, and secure session management. Understanding of frontend security best practices including XSS prevention, CSRF protection, secure storage, and Content Security Policy. AI-Powered Applications Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or conversational AI interfaces. Familiarity with prompt-driven workflows, AI-assisted user experiences, and streaming AI responses. Real-Time Applications Experience building applications using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or other real-time communication technologies. Experience developing chat interfaces, live dashboards, collaborative applications, or streaming user experiences. Agent-Based Systems Experience developing interfaces for autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents. Understanding of workflow orchestration, tool invocation, multi-step interactions, and event-driven frontend architectures. Testing & Debugging Strong understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Experience debugging production applications and maintaining high code quality. Version Control & Deployment Proficiency in Git for source control and collaboration. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and frontend deployment pipelines is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with Next.js. Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture. Experience with WebRTC or real-time media applications. Familiarity with streaming interfaces and conversational AI products. Exposure to Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, or other modern UI frameworks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
