Duties And Responsibilities Define interfaces, develop, and influence architectural changes. Optimize, refactor, and reuse code for maximum efficiency. Analyze high-level customer requirements for complex problem-solving. Increase code quality through reviews and testing. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Implement secure programming patterns and enhance application security. Estimate software project needs and dependencies. Mentor and coach other software engineers, seeking mentorship proactively. Qualifications Required: 3-5 years of experience creating applications and features in .NET Experience with database objects in relational databases (MS SQL) Experience with HTTP and REST architecture Experience with CI/CD continuous integration / continuous deployment practices Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Ability to communicate technical and business concepts across teams Fluent English and Polish Preferred: Experience with data streaming architecture and frameworks (ex.
