To continue our accelerated international growth, we are looking for a proactive Account Manager with Turkish, with a passion for marketing, B2B relationships, and client growth. In this role, you will take ownership of an assigned portfolio of active B2B clients, driving their success, retention, and portfolio value through tailored digital marketing solutions on the WhitePress® platform. What will you be doing? Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Take over clients post-sales and manage day-to-day B2B relationships for your assigned portfolio. Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs, objectives, budgets, past actions, and performance results. Proposal & Plan Creation: Prepare customized recommendations, action plans, publisher packages, and publications focused on content marketing, SEO, and the WhitePress® platform. Presentation & Discussion: Present recommended actions, review collaboration results with clients, and align on next steps. Monitoring & Risk Management: Track client activity, budget utilization, and plan implementation while identifying potential risks to the partnership. Portfolio Growth: Identify and execute standard upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewal opportunities. Retention & Satisfaction: Proactively drive client satisfaction and retention, responding quickly to any signs of dissatisfaction or decreased activity. CRM & Reporting: Keep client data, contracts, growth opportunities, and forecasts updated in the CRM, and prepare regular portfolio reports. What do you need to join us? Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, consultative sales, B2B client relations, digital marketing, or a related role. Account Management Expertise: Solid understanding of account management principles, customer success, customer lifecycle management, and professional B2B communication. Fluency in Turkish language, English B1+ for internal communication. Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of content marketing, SEO, link building, and the WhitePress® platform offering. Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze client objectives/budgets and build tailored action plans, proposals, and recommendations. Commercial Mindset: Sound understanding of retention, upselling, cross-selling, portfolio value growth, margins, profitability, and commercial terms. What will you gain working with us?
