We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, supporting both Oude Werf Hotel and Stellenbosch Hotel. This exciting role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, creating content, building relationships and identifying opportunities to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and support business growth. You will act as the link between our Stellenbosch properties and Head Office, ensuring that on-the-ground insights, sales opportunities, and marketing initiatives are effectively communicated and supported. The role includes conducting confident site inspections and engaging with guests and clients, supporting client, agent and media hosting on property, capturing photography and short-form video content showcasing our hotels, guest experiences and seasonal offerings, identifying opportunities that strengthen the guest experience and support Sales & Marketing activity, attending local networking events and maintaining awareness of market trends, monitoring competitor activity and sharing market insights that support Sales & Marketing planning, coordinating communication between hotel operations and Head Office Sales & Marketing teams, providing structured on-property insights and content to support social media, campaigns and broader sales and marketing activity.
