A well-established company in Centurion is seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is immediately available to work on contract Minimum Requirements Must be immediately available to work on contract ie not currently employed Matric (Grade 12). Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or marketing coordination. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience working with CRM systems will be advantageous. Social media and digital marketing experience is beneficial. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Assist the sales team with quotation approvals, discount structures, sales diary management and enquiry follow-ups. Monitor open quotations, follow up on outstanding items and assist with closing completed enquiries. Provide backup support for enquiry management, missed call logs and customer communication. Maintain job cards and ensure sales-related information is accurately captured. Customer Service & Digital Support Manage customer interactions across digital platforms, including responding to messages, comments and enquiries. Assist with loading and managing enquiries received through social media channels. Ensure customers receive professional and timely feedback. Marketing Coordination Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, giveaways and promotional activities. Assist with market research, marketing data collection and reporting. Coordinate branding requirements, including business cards, corporate gifts, clothing and promotional material. Assist with the preparation of images, brochures and content for company promotions. Reporting & Administration Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain accurate records. Follow up with sales representatives on outstanding items and operational queries.
