We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support customer retention. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and vendor marketing while working closely with sales and leadership to align marketing strategies with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical IT services into compelling client-focused messaging. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and lead generation initiatives Create and edit marketing content such as website copy, case studies, service brochures, newsletters, and other sales enablement materials Manage and maintain the company website, social media channels, and marketing automation platforms Coordinate vendor co-marketing initiatives and manage co-op marketing programs with technology partners Support the sales team by creating marketing collateral, proposal templates, and lead nurturing campaigns Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities Manage the company's online reputation by generating customer reviews and collecting client testimonials Monitor and report marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that support business objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B, technology, or IT services environments Strong content writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools Hands-on experience with website content management systems (such as WordPress) Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign management Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising Experience with HubSpot, ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar CRM/PSA platforms is an advantage Familiarity with MSP vendors, technology partner programs, or co-op marketing initiatives is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
