About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to own Fig Living's paid media strategy across platforms - managing a mix of in-house execution and agency partnerships to hit efficient growth targets. Responsibilities Performance Strategy & Execution Own performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms Directly execute and optimize campaigns in-house where needed Run continuous testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Agency & Budget Management Manage agency relationships where applicable — briefing, reviewing output, holding accountability for results Own budget allocation and ROAS/CAC targets across channels Ensure optimal spend efficiency across all paid channels Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the D2C Head and brand team to align creative and messaging with performance data Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting cadences Provide regular performance insights to leadership Qualifications 2–4 years in performance marketing, D2C/e-commerce background preferred Experience working with agencies as well as hands-on platform execution Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, basic dashboarding Beauty/wellness/lifestyle brand experience is a plus Required Skills Performance marketing expertise Analytical skills Experience with D2C/e-commerce Preferred Skills Experience in home decor/lifestyle brands
