The Junior Recruiter supports the Talent Acquisition function by identifying, engaging, and assessing early-career and emerging talent. This role provides foundational support in sourcing, candidate management, and market research, enabling the organization to build high-quality talent pipelines and enhance hiring outcomes. The Junior Recruiter operates with curiosity, discipline, and a growth mindset, contributing to a proactive and insight-led approach to recruitment. Job opening available for people with disabilities (PwD). Global Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence Support the creation and maintenance of basic talent maps across priority roles and regions. Conduct preliminary research into competitor and industry talent pools. Monitor emerging skills and support insights that inform Talent Partners. Assist in translating basic market findings into structured summaries and recommendations. Proactive Sourcing & Candidate Identification Assist in sourcing passive candidates for early-career and specialist roles using multiple channels. Screen profiles to assess alignment with role requirements. Engage talent through professional, timely communication to build candidate interest. Maintain organized, high-quality talent pipelines within recruitment systems. Partnership with Talent Partners Support Talent Partners with research, shortlists, and candidate outreach. Contribute to search strategies with relevant market findings. Help prepare candidate summaries, insights, and support documents. Collaborate closely to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and talent plans. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence Ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the process. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops. Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Support improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and efficiency. Employer Brand & External Presence Represent the organization positively when interacting with external talent. Share the employer value proposition clearly and consistently. Contribute to targeted outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives. Tools, Technology & Data Discipline Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within recruiting tools. Use sourcing platforms and talent intelligence tools with increasing proficiency. Support basic reporting and pipeline updates for Talent Partners. Candidate Profile Experience & Capability Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related areas. Previous experience in recruitment for US companies or Global market. Exposure to research, sourcing, or candidate engagement preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Technical Strength Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools. Strong organizational and data-management skills. Solid communication skills in English.
