Accounts and Finance Officer

Responsibilities: Manage the company’s VAT, WHT, PAYE, tax, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements Prepare and submit relevant tax and regulatory documentation within stipulated deadlines Create and manage client invoices using Zoho Books Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation Monitor accounts receivable, client payments, and outstanding invoices Handle basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, expense recording, and payment documentation Support monthly financial reporting, cash flow tracking and budgeting Maintain proper financial records for audit and management purposes Support payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions where required Provide general accounting and finance support to management. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline Strong working knowledge or practical exposure to Zoho Books or Zoho Accounting is highly required Good understanding of VAT, WHT, PAYE and Nigerian tax compliance Strong Excel and bookkeeping skills High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet statutory and financial deadlines.
