Responsibilities: Randomly check 5 high-value or best-selling SKUs daily to ensure inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counts covering one-fifth of the warehouse zones weekly by category, ensuring full warehouse coverage over a five-week cycle. Organize a comprehensive warehouse-wide inventory count once a month, involving the entire team. Immediately verify any discrepancies found during counts, complete the "Inventory Discrepancy Handling Form," and adjust inventory records after approval by the Chinese supervisor. Manage the defective goods area (Zone D) daily, including logging returns, exchanges, and the disposal of damaged or defective items. Assist the Chinese supervisor in maintaining the accuracy of real-time inventory records (limited to verification and feedback; direct modification of records is not permitted). Check the placement of goods during inventory counts to ensure alignment between actual locations and inventory records. Requirements: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent; basic literacy and numeracy skills required A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse stocktaking or inventory management preferred Proficiency in basic WPS/Excel operations (filling out spreadsheets, using simple formulas); training provided if necessary Meticulous, patient, honest, and reliable; stocktaking data must be accurate—falsification is strictly prohibited Physically able to stand, walk, and move goods for extended periods (stocktaking requires moving around the entire facility) Fluent in English; proficiency in Yoruba or Igbo is a plus (to facilitate communication with local staff) Age 22–40 years old
