Responsibilities: Manage daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, receipts, and payments. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorised and documented. Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations. Prepare information and supporting documents required for audits and tax filings. Maintain confidentiality of company financial and employee information. Work closely with the HR, Operations, and Management teams on payroll, expenses, and financial matters. Identify and report financial discrepancies, errors, or irregularities to management. Perform other accounting and financial duties assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in a call centre, customer service, or fast-paced business environment. Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be trustworthy, responsible, and highly organised.
