*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, specifically Ramen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced restaurant environment that aligns to the Ramen Isshin standard. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. *Duties* * Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and Ramen Isshin standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service requirements. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils. * Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. *Skills* * Proficient in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking techniques. * Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. * Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. * Previous experience in the restaurant or fast paced foood service industry is preferred but not required. *Requirements* * Past kitchen experience in a fast paced restaurant/hotel is required. * Open availability. * Ability to commute/travel to the workplace location.
