Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, the Pastry Cook learns, prepares, and creates innovative and signature dishes served at Miku Restaurant. The Pastry Cook contributes to the guest experience by creating memorable dishes that play with local flavors of the season, freshly imported ingredients, and new inspirations.
