TO START ASAP This is a WORKING CHEF role, located at a remote fly-in mining facility or exploration camp in Northern Saskatchewan. WE COVER THE COSTS OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS WHILE AT SITE. SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS WITH 11-HOUR DAYS. **MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST. Who you are:- You are a passionate foodie and a strong team leader.- You are a Red Seal Chef (preferably, not required).- You pay attention to detail and have excellent time management.- You go above and beyond to provide a great experience for our guests. What you will do:- Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.- You will manage food costs and inventory.- Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
