Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Provide advice in the area of food preparation and storage, and food safety. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Establish work schedules.
