This is a permanent position based in Pointe-Claire. Mission Your tasks: ? Record and reconcile daily sales and service deposits. ? Submit financing files to various lenders, including Toyota Credit. ? Maintain accurate and detailed vehicle delivery records. ? Process and maintain new vehicle inventory records. ? Submit Electric Vehicle Rebate applications and follow up on program receivables. ? Monitor vehicle payments with financial institutions. ? Provide support with accounts payable. Your profile ? You must have a minimum of 6 months of continuous service. ? Knowledge of accounting principles. ? Versatile, proactive, and dynamic. ? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. ? Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel). ? Bilingual in English and French. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Education in accounting is considered an asset (College Diploma, University Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree).
