Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting functions. Your expertise in accounting software and data entry will help ensure smooth financial operations and compliance across our organization. Duties * Manage Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and vendor statements. * Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. * Process weekly payroll, including timesheets, overtime, vacation, and deductions. * Verify technician timesheets, field tickets, purchase orders, and service reports. * Ensure all billable field services, meal allowance, travel, equipment, consumables and expenses are accurately invoiced. * Process Union pension and benefit remittances, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. * Maintain accurate employee, customer, vendor, and accounting records. * Assist with payroll remittances, T4s, ROEs, and year-end requirements. * Prepare financial reports, job-costing reports, and accounts aging reports for management. * Work closely with dispatch/coordinator and field operations to ensure jobs are properly documented, costed, and billed.
