The team you will be part of The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions. The part you will play We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to be based in the Philippines, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our clients’ objectives and help them seize the full potential of ecommerce-driven digital marketing. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take charge of: Work as lead on few account/cluster with executive/executives reporting to you Act as the go to person for market leads on the account cluster Lead client management, ensuring strong relationships and smooth execution. Lead full-funnel brand strategy and ensure execution is aligned on all key marketing and sales channels such as videos, livestream, affiliates etc. Oversee campaign setup, strategic direction, and optimization to achieve key KPI metrics across eCommerce marketplaces (Shopee,Lazada, Zalora and TikTok Shop), Shopify, SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS). Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimization potential and insights Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields 4+ years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor Must know ecommerce Marketplace marketing – (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop) Experience in client management is essential Experience in Facebook and TikTok Ads is a must have Knowledgeable or has experience in full-funnel brand activation/strategy Experienced in media planning, setting, and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager)) Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of data and numbers Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up and e-commerce environment Fluent in English Digital Marketing Certification on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads, TikTok Media Buying Certification and e-commerce e.g. Shopee and Lazada, Marketing Solutions background is a plus.
