Position Overview The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, supporting lead generation, and monitoring marketing performance to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on execution role. The ideal candidate can take a marketing brief or campaign plan and turn it into quality, market-ready deliverables while contributing practical ideas and improvements. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Digital Marketing Execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and other relevant channels. Manage and schedule social media content. Support online advertising and email marketing campaigns. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Content, Creative & Brand Create social media content, campaign graphics, emails, presentations, one-pagers, and promotional materials. Develop basic short-form videos, reels, mockups, and visual concepts. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards. Collaborate with design and other team members on marketing assets. Lead Generation & Market Research Conduct market, competitor, prospect, and company research. Build and maintain target prospect lists. Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Assist with follow-ups, CRM updates, and lead tracking. Identify market trends and opportunities. AI & Marketing Tools Use AI tools for copywriting, research, content creation, graphics, video concepts, and content repurposing. Use marketing and analytics tools to improve campaign execution. Verify AI-generated facts, statistics, and claims before external use. Sales & Team Support Create sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, service explainers, and other sales materials. Support events, webinars, community campaigns, and promotional activities. Work with leadership, sales, design, web, and research teams. Coordinate with external vendors or partners when needed. Qualifications 2–5 years of marketing experience preferred. Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content, social media, lead generation, email marketing, or related areas. Strong writing, creative, and visual skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working hands-on. B2B or healthcare marketing experience is a plus. Tools & Platforms Experience with any of the following is an advantage: ChatGPT and other AI tools Canva Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator CapCut or similar video tools Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Ads CRM and email marketing platforms Analytics and social media tools Portfolio Applicants are encouraged to provide samples of marketing campaigns, social media content, graphic design, advertising creatives, videos, presentations, sales materials, or other relevant marketing work.
