The role will oversee the administration, adoption, and continuous enhancement two major projects ensuring both platforms deliver reliable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and strengthen business performance across General Trade operations. Key Responsibilities Administer and support major projects ensuring system reliability, data integrity, user management, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and external vendors. Monitor retail execution metrics to generate actionable business insights. Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics that enable cross-functional stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and improve execution performance. Lead user onboarding, training, documentation, and change management initiatives to drive platform adoption, maximize user engagement, and ensure effective utilization of digital tools. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience with dashboards (Power BI/Excel), system implementations, and FMCG operations is an advantage.
