As our new Sales Manager, Wolt for Work, you'll play a key role in growing our B2B Wolt for Work business across Croatia. Working with companies of all sizes - from startups and SMBs to large enterprises - you'll focus on winning new partnerships, growing existing ones, and helping more businesses benefit from Wolt for Work. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with regional and cross-functional teams while driving the growth of Wolt for Work in your local market. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Wolt for Work in Croatia by helping establish the commercial strategy and bringing one of Wolt’s fastest-growing products to more businesses. What you'll be doing Day-to-day in this role you'll: Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic account targeting. Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline, keeping opportunities updated and ensuring accurate forecasting. Develop account strategies for key prospects and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying journey. Own the full sales cycle, managing consultative sales processes and long sales cycles from first conversation to launch. Build trusted relationships with partners of all sizes - from startups and SMBs to large enterprises - and identify opportunities to grow those partnerships over time. Build relationships with HR, Finance, Procurement and senior business stakeholders. Represent Wolt for Work in the local market, proactively identifying new commercial opportunities and helping grow the business. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth partner experience from signing through launch. Manage your pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, and use data to support business decisions. Success in this role means: Consistently achieving monthly sales targets Building a healthy sales pipeline Delivering an exceptional customer experience Growing Wolt for Work adoption across Croatia Our humble expectations Experience selling B2B solutions rather than transactional products. Comfort managing sales cycles of 1-6 months with multiple stakeholders. Confidence engaging HR, Finance, Procurement and C-level executives. Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline. Data-driven decision making and forecasting. High activity levels in outbound prospecting. Are fluent in English and Croatian.
