What This Role Is All About As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be focused on executing commercial motions towards customers and prospects to drive revenue growth for our Identity products, including identity verification, anti-fraud, and authentication solutions. Your mission is to help kick-start and scale a new sales motion, contributing to the development of a new revenue stream for Infobip within the identity space. You will act as a sales-first product ambassador, focused on generating pipeline, winning new customers, and accelerating deal closure. This role is strongly oriented toward selling, combining proactive business development with close collaboration across Sales, Product, and other internal teams to turn market potential into measurable commercial results. What You’ll Do Drive new business acquisition for Identity products by proactively identifying, approaching, and converting target customers Build and scale a global sales pipeline through structured outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement Own and execute commercial targets, directly contributing to revenue growth and new logo acquisition Lead customer conversations end-to-end, positioning identity verification, anti-fraud, and authentication solutions to solve real business challenges Help shape and execute a new sales motion, supporting the establishment of Identity as a sustainable revenue stream within Infobip Partner with Sales, Product, and Post-Operations teams to remove blockers and successfully close high-value opportunities Track pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion rates, reporting on progress against defined revenue and growth targets What Makes You a Strong Fit Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial growth roles, ideally within identity, authentication, fraud prevention, or related industries Strong track record of building pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting Sales-driven mindset with confidence in leading customer conversations and closing deals Ability to translate market and customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and internal stakeholders Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with forecasts, revenue targets, and pipeline metrics Fluent in English, both spoken and written Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel Why you'll love it here Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
