Elaborar reportes de visitas, incidencias y resultados. Capacitar y acompañar al personal para mejorar su desempeño. Coordinar reemplazos, coberturas y novedades del equipo. Mantener una comunicación constante con clientes y áreas internas. Controlar asistencia, rutas y cumplimiento de horarios. Proponer planes de mejora para incrementar la ejecución en el punto de venta. Requisitos Título de tercer nivel en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Supervisor de Trade Marketing, Supervisor Comercial o posiciones similares. Manejo de equipos de trabajo en campo. Conocimiento de canal tradicional y moderno. Manejo de Microsoft Excel (intermedio). Experiencia en elaboración de reportes e indicadores. Disponibilidad para movilizarse dentro de la ciudad.
