Importante empresa del sector retail se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional apasionado(a) por el marketing estratégico y comercial, orientado(a) a resultados y con experiencia impulsando el crecimiento de ventas en puntos de venta. Principales responsabilidades Planificar y ejecutar estrategias de Trade Marketing y Marketing. Diseñar e implementar campañas promocionales para incrementar ventas, tráfico en tiendas y posicionamiento de marca. Coordinar activaciones comerciales, exhibiciones, material POP y acciones en punto de venta. Gestionar campañas de marketing digital y redes sociales. Analizar indicadores comerciales (ventas, ticket promedio, rotación, ROI y desempeño de campañas). Coordinar actividades con las áreas Comercial, Compras y Operaciones. Liderar la implementación de iniciativas de fidelización de clientes. Elaborar reportes de resultados y propuestas de mejora. Perfil requerido Título de tercer nivel en Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración o carreras afines. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares. Experiencia en empresas de retail, supermercados o consumo masivo. Conocimientos en Trade Marketing, Marketing Digital y análisis de indicadores comerciales. Manejo avanzado de Excel; Capacidad de liderazgo, planificación, análisis y orientación a resultados. Se ofrece Remuneración acorde al mercado. Estabilidad laboral.
