Regional Quality Manager at Ntice Sourcing Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

An FMCG manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Regional Quality Manager to lead and oversee Quality functions within the region Key Responsibilities As Head of Quality, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Implementing, reviewing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with all Quality systems and procedures across the region Developing and executing an internal Quality audit programme Leading and coordinating the FSSC audit process, ensuring the site is fully prepared and compliant with applicable FSSC requirements Driving and implementing continuous improvement projects Managing and developing the Quality team Ensuring Quality Assurance standards are maintained for raw materials and finished products Reducing customer complaints and improving overall customer satisfaction Partnering with Sales Managers to ensure customers receive outstanding service Compiling, analysing and reporting on Quality statistics and trends, and making recommendations for improvement Managing the MRM and DRM processes Facilitating the Management of Change process, including DRM, ISIR and other Quality improvement initiatives Establishing and managing the Quality budget Providing Quality support to the Production process Providing support to SHE initiatives as required VITAL FSSC REQUIREMENT FSSC AUDIT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL. The successful candidate must have direct experience with FSSC audits and a proper, practical understanding of the FSSC standards and requirements This is a critical requirement for the position, as the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the FSSC audit, including audit preparation, coordination, compliance readiness, corrective actions and engagement with auditors Candidates without practical FSSC audit experience and a strong understanding of the FSSC standards will not be considered Minimum Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria: A National Diploma or related degree is essential At least 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance and FSSC systems Proven FSSC audit experience is essential Strong and practical understanding of FSSC 22000 standards and requirements is essential At least 5 years' management experience At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a Quality Manager role, preferably within the FMCG or Packaging industry Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Quality systems, audits and continuous improvement initiatives Additional Information This position is open to all suitably qualified individuals who meet the relevant minimum requirements Psychometric testing will be required Desired Skills: Regional Quality Manager
