An established transport and logistics organisation is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise its operational functions. Key Responsibilities Lead transport and logistics operations to achieve operational excellence Drive productivity, fleet utilisation, cost control and profitability Manage operational budgets and performance targets Ensure compliance with SHEQ, ISO, RTMS and legislative requirements Lead operational teams and drive accountability across the business Implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Transport or Business Management 5-10 years' operational leadership experience within Transport & Logistics Senior management experience within a transport or logistics environment Exposure to Mining, FMCG, Construction or related logistics sectors Strong financial, operational and people management skills Advanced MS Office proficiency Valid driver's licence and own vehicle Desired Skills: Logistics Management Fleet Management Supply Chain Operations
