ENVIRONMENT: A growing technology company developing innovative software solutions for complex IT environments is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the technical design and delivery of complex features across their platform. In this role, you will architect scalable solutions using .NET 8 + ABP Framework and Angular, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive engineering best practices. You will have a direct impact on their cloud infrastructure strategy on Azure and the maturity of their CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions. DUTIES: Lead the development of complex, scalable features across the full stack. Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines for the team. Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers. Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps. Oversee and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline on GitHub Actions. Design and optimise SQL Server database schemas for performance and scalability. Contribute to Azure infrastructure decisions — networking, security, scaling, cost optimisation. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and architectural risks. Drive adoption of testing strategies: unit, integration, and end-to-end. Contribute to technical discovery, estimation, and solution design for new initiatives. Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis of critical issues. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data protection standards. Maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guides. REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience: 6–10+ years of professional software development experience Backend (.NET): 5+ years of experience with .NET 8 / .NET Core, with hands-on ABP Framework experience required Frontend (Angular): 4+ years of experience building production-grade Angular applications (v14+) Database: 5+ years with SQL Server, including advanced query optimisation, indexing, and schema design APIs: 3+ years designing REST (JSON) APIs and integrating with SOAP/XML services Scripting: 3+ years writing production PowerShell and/or Bash scripts Containers: 2+ years with Docker, including containerising .NET and Angular applications and using Docker Compose Cloud / Azure: 3+ years designing and operating Azure-hosted solutions CI/CD: 3+ years authoring and maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines Architecture: Demonstrated experience with DDD, CQRS, or Clean Architecture patterns Source Control: Advanced Git workflows, including branching strategies and repository governance Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical discussions Tech Stack : Backend: .NET 8, ABP Framework, .NET Framework (Legacy) Database: SQL Server Frontend: Angular APIs: REST (JSON), SOAP Scripting: PowerShell, Bash Containers: Docker IDE: Rider, VS Code Source Control: GitHub CI/CD: GitHub Actions Hosting: Azure Nice to Have: Experience with ABP Framework commercial modules and advanced framework customisation. Advanced Azure experience — networking, identity, monitoring, storage, security. Strong testing experience: unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Experience implementing application monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions. Knowledge of application security best practices and vulnerability management. Familiarity with message queues, event streaming, and asynchronous processing patterns. ATTRIBUTES : Technical Leadership Leads through influence rather than authority. Sets a high engineering standard, mentors junior developers, and helps the team make sound architectural decisions. Ownership Mindset Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Proactively drives work to completion and ensures solutions are maintainable, supportable, and aligned with business objectives. Strong Communicator Translates complex technical concepts into clear business language. Comfortable facilitating discussions, presenting solutions, and documenting decisions. Risk Awareness Anticipates technical, operational, and delivery risks before they become issues. Communicates risks clearly and works collaboratively to mitigate them. That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.
Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.
The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.
In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
