Qualifications Minimum 8+ years experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within the banking industry. Please ensure this is reflected on your CV. Demonstrable experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Proven experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience designing and implementing system integration and API-based solutions. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and elicitation sessions. Prior exposure to loyalty programmes such as eBucks or Vitality is an advantage. Relevant tertiary qualification or professional certifications in business analysis, systems analysis, or related disciplines is desirable. Skills Candidates should be proficient in the skills listed below and able to demonstrate them through examples of past delivery in the banking sector.
