About the Role We are seeking an experienced SMT Senior Manager to lead and optimize our large-scale PCBA manufacturing operation, overseeing AI, SMT, and MI production with 200+ employees across 27 production lines . This role is ideal for a strategic manufacturing leader with deep electronics production expertise, strong people management capability, and proven success... Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in: • Electronics Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Industrial Engineering • Mechanical Engineering Experience • Minimum 5+ years in electronics manufacturing • Strong hands-on management experience in SMT / PCBA production • Proven experience leading large-scale teams in EMS manufacturing Technical Knowledge Strong knowledge of: • SMT/AI/MI manufacturing processes • NPI management • Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 6S • ISO systems • Yield improvement / RCA /...
