As a trusted partner with Intel and other leading brands, we provide opportunities for our team members to make a real impact by applying their skills and expertise to drive innovation and success. #TAYNP Job Description: Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel Provide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologies Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday , Saturday, and Sunday shifts Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations Thrive in a fast-paced team environment I am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Own a smartphone Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
