ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth by selling ad tech solutions to media agencies. Identify, prospect, and pitch to key decision-makers within agencies (media planners, buyers, programmatic leads, etc.). Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and pitches, tailored to agency objectives and campaign needs. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to secure long-term partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ad tech opportunities. Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including revenue targets, lead-to-conversion rates, and average deal size. 2. Account & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agency accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and retention. Maintain strong relationships with media planners, buyers, and senior agency executives. Provide ongoing strategic consultation, helping agencies maximize campaign performance using our ad tech solutions. Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Ensure client retention KPIs are met, including contract renewal rates and Net Promoter Score (NPS). 3. Pipeline Development & Forecasting Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities. Take ownership of creating and maintaining your own pipeline to drive consistent sales success. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to senior management. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional ad tech solutions. Continuously refine lead qualification processes to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle. Meet pipeline KPIs, including the number of new opportunities generated per month and pipeline velocity. 4. Client Presentation & Post-Campaign Analysis Collaborate with the campaign and client strategy teams to create compelling pitches, case studies, and best practices. Lead client pitch presentations, demonstrating the value of our ad tech solutions through data-driven insights and success stories. Conduct post-mortem campaign reports in partnership with the campaign and strategy teams, analyzing key performance metrics and areas for optimization. Present findings to agencies, offering actionable recommendations for future campaigns. Ensure campaign performance KPIs are met, such as return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) improvements. 5. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide feedback to product teams based on agency needs and market demand. Partner with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and go-to-market strategies. Support marketing initiatives with client testimonials and success metrics. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor campaign success metrics and provide detailed post-campaign analysis to agencies. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and client retention. Present regular performance reports to leadership and suggest improvements for future sales strategies. Track win/loss ratios and analyze performance trends for continuous improvement.
